Overview

Cresco Labs is seeking a dynamic Sr. Project Manager, Operations to lead cross-functional teams in managing the end-to-end product development lifecycle. This position offers the unique opportunity to drive operational efficiency while managing critical timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in product development project management.
• Strong background in product discovery and commercialization.
• Proven track record in managing timelines and budgets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana).
• Knowledge of product development lifecycle in a fast-paced industry.
• PMP or similar certification preferred.
• Experience in the cannabis industry is a plus.
