Retail Property Manager - Remote

Overview

Cresco Labs is seeking a Property Manager to join our corporate Property Management team. The Property Manager will support retail and industrial properties throughout the organization, collaborating with various departments to manage real estate leases and commercial matters.

In Short

• Manage incoming property issues and lease administration.
• Coordinate property maintenance with third-party partners.
• Handle real estate tax payments and appeals.
• Submit reports on property income and payments.
• Contribute to cash flow management and budget establishment.
• Coordinate insurance inspections and actions.
• Manage property subtenants and rent collection.
• Maintain accurate property files and utilities setup.
• Support property onboarding for M&A activities.
• Provide administrative support to the Real Estate team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• 3-5 years of retail property management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Familiarity with maintenance accounting software preferred.
• Dependable and flexible with confidentiality.
