Senior Data Analyst - Remote

In Short

• Analyze, mine, and aggregate data from internal and external sources.
• Build and own cross-functional tools/processes for decision-making.
• Establish relationships between retail sales performance and causal factors.
• Provide pricing analysis and calculate ROI of retail promotions.
• Create and manage reporting analytics for the Loyalty rewards program.
• Act as a liaison between the business and BI team.
• Support development of the forecast budget.
• Use creative problem-solving skills for complex business questions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other team members.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in consulting, data science, or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or similar.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, advanced Excel knowledge.
• Familiarity with SQL and business intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with sales data analytics preferred.
• Effective time management and prioritization skills.
