We are seeking a Senior Project Manager, Operations to drive execution across client engagements while also contributing to the continuous improvement of Catalant’s operational processes.

In Short

• Serve as the operational liaison between Sales, Platform Operations, Clients, and Experts.
• Oversee project delivery and manage project plans.
• Own billing operations and manage invoice schedules.
• Monitor financial performance and analyze revenue reports.
• Lead status updates with Client Communities and provide professional support.
• Uphold professionalism and clear communication across all interactions.
• Assist in designing and optimizing operational processes from Order to Cash.
• Identify opportunities for automation and AI.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business or equivalent field.
• 5–7 years of project management experience with client-facing responsibilities.
• Strong working knowledge of invoicing, billing terms, AR, and contract compliance.
• Proven success managing complex, high-volume projects with financial accountability.
• Exceptional organizational skills with ability to track multiple projects.
• Skilled communicator who builds confidence with clients and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with project management tools and ERP/financial systems.
