Overview

The Appointment Coordinator for Neuroscience is responsible for coordinating and scheduling patient appointments within the Rochester General Health System, providing exceptional customer service as the first point of contact.

Requirements

• 2 years of related work experience in healthcare or customer service.
• Preferred: 2-year degree or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and telephone etiquette.
• Basic computer skills; experience with IDX BAR or Epic Cadence preferred.
