Overview

The Access Coordinator II works under supervision and provides comprehensive support for patient care activities, including coordinating appointments and assisting patients.

• Provide support for patient care activities.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED.
• 2 years of customer service or healthcare experience.
• Basic proficiency with computers and data entry.
• Preferred: Certified Health-care Access Associate (CHAA).
• Experience with external radiology testing.
• Knowledge of CPT codes and medical terminology.
• 3 years of experience in registration, billing, or scheduling.
