In Short

  • Build and lead a team of performance marketing specialists across paid channels and SEO.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive performance marketing strategy to drive user acquisition and retention while optimizing LTV:CAC.
  • Own the growth roadmap for all paid channels including SEM, social media, display, and emerging channels like direct mail and TV.
  • Lead SEO strategy and execution, collaborating with technical and content teams to improve organic visibility and traffic.
  • Establish robust measurement frameworks, attribution models, and incrementally testing protocols.
  • Forecast and manage marketing budgets effectively to meet growth and efficiency targets.
  • Build and optimize the marketing technology stack needed to scale operations.
  • Collaborate closely with creative and content teams to develop and test high-performing marketing assets.
  • Create and present strategic roadmaps and performance reports to leadership.
  • Stay current with industry trends and identify new channel opportunities to drive growth.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in performance marketing, including quickly scaling budgets.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • Proven track record of scaling user acquisition through paid and organic channels.
  • Demonstrated success building and leading high-performing marketing teams.
  • Deep expertise in SEM, paid social, display advertising, and measurement.
  • Experience scaling campaigns across channels like direct mail and TV with a performance driven approach.
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and ability to drive organic growth.
  • Expertise in marketing attribution, incrementally testing, and marketing analytics.
  • Proficiency with marketing technology platforms and data visualization tools.
  • Experience building marketing operations from the ground up.
