Overview

AG1 is looking for a strong, strategic and thoughtful leader who is dedicated to amplifying our revenue through Performance Marketing as well as Performance Partnerships within verticals, such as Podcast, YouTube, Instagram and other content producers, who is eager to build and own the success of the team.

In Short

  • Lead the strategy and development of a high-performing marketing and partnerships team.
  • Drive new customer growth through performance marketing initiatives.
  • Build and implement multi-channel marketing strategies.
  • Develop and analyze marketing metrics to drive success.
  • Manage relationships with influencers across various platforms.
  • Ensure collaboration between marketing, sales, and product teams.
  • Oversee influencer budget allocation and campaign strategies.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging platforms.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the marketing team.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Strategic Growth Marketing and Collaborations.
  • 8+ years of leadership/management experience.
  • Deep insight into UK, IRE, and European markets.
  • Strong communication and interdepartmental collaboration skills.
  • Experience with Mega, Macro, and Micro influencers.
  • Proven track record of managing multi-tiered influencer programs.
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with KPIs.
  • Creative thinker with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and budgets.
  • Proficient in G-Suite (Google Docs and Sheets).
