• Lead, inspire, and manage a cross-functional team of backend, frontend, and QA engineers.
• Partner with the Product Lead to align technical and business goals.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of product improvements.
• Provide technical leadership for web applications.
• Manage and modernize legacy systems.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role within software engineering.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to mentor and develop engineering teams.
• Expertise in web applications; experience with Java/Spring Boot, React, MySQL, AWS is a plus.
• Experience with maintaining legacy systems.
