Overview

StarCompliance is seeking an accomplished and experienced hands-on leader to join our expanding Client Support Services team. In this key role, you will provide technical direction and operational guidance for our U.S.-based Level 1 and Level 2 application support team.

In Short

  • Provide day-to-day coordination and informal leadership for a team of technical analysts.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in application support in both co-located and cloud environments.
  • Depth in Microsoft technologies such as IIS and MSSQL.
  • Prior experience leading or mentoring technical support teams.
  • Ability to navigate complex challenges while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership qualities and technical credibility.
  • Experience in proactive system monitoring and performance optimization.
  • Expertise in incident management and root cause analysis.
  • Ability to promote best practices and operational governance.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional client support.
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
