  • English proficiency: C1/C2.
  • SQL query skills for troubleshooting and data analysis.
  • Strong technical documentation and knowledge base development skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft products and services, including Azure and Microsoft 365.
  • Cloud computing experience with Azure or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Experience with Microsoft Exchange and desktop virtualization technologies.
  • Understanding of GitHub and DevOps practices.
  • Strong background in security and compliance related to application support.
