Overview

The Nurse Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering patient care for selected populations, ensuring compliance with physician orders and policies while collaborating with healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care.

Requirements

  • Current CA Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • AHA Certification for Basic Life Support (BLS).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage patient care effectively.
  • Knowledge of nursing ethics and patient privacy rights.
  • Familiarity with healthcare systems and performance improvement methodologies.
  • Capacity to develop and implement educational programs.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse patient populations.
