Overview

The HR Analytics Analyst advises and equips key stakeholders with human capital intelligence to inform real-time, accurate data that assists leadership in developing strategic solutions and decision-making.

• Provide data driven insights and analysis for all stages of the human capital lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Finance.
• Three years of relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of data visualization and analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, R).
• Strong analytical skills and experience in modeling and reporting.
• Ability to tell stories with data.
• Ability to foster effective working relationships.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Ability to plan, organize, and meet deadlines.
