Analytics Analyst - Remote

Overview

As an Analytics Analyst at R1, you will be responsible for interpreting, analyzing, and providing ongoing reports to support data usage in our tools, working with complex data sets while maintaining confidentiality under HIPAA guidelines.

• Interpret data and analyze results to provide ongoing reports.
• Acquire data from primary or secondary sources and maintain databases.
• Identify and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
• Filter and scrub data to correct code problems.
• Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to leadership.
• Maintain confidentiality of all information under HIPAA guidelines.
• Exemplary problem-solving abilities and analytical competency.
• Intermediate skill level with SQL, Tableau, Excel, and VBA.
• Revenue cycle experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with PowerBI is advantageous.
