The Patient Safety Advisor promotes and ensures that occurrence reporting systems and patient safety processes are effective, aiming to reduce patient harm and enhance compliance with safety standards.

Requirements

• Five years of relevant work experience.
• RN license and experience preferred.
• Ability to collect, evaluate, and report data effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience with statistical analysis and quality improvement practices.
