Advisor Fire Safety - Remote

Overview

The Advisor Fire Safety position involves working independently on various projects in residential and utility construction, conducting inspections, and providing clear advice while ensuring quality standards are met.

In Short

• Conduct inspections and fire safety assessments of existing and new buildings.
• Prepare specifications, safety reports, and fire safety documentation.
• Evaluate and interpret building, installation, and organizational measures.
• Advise clients based on expertise, clarity, and risk assessment.
• Maintain contact with project partners such as architects, contractors, and authorities.

Requirements

• Completed HBO degree in construction, installation technology, or similar.
• Approximately 5 years of experience in fire safety consulting.
• Good knowledge of relevant regulations (Bbl, NEN standards, fire protection systems).
• Experience in preparing specifications and advisory reports.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to pursue additional training or certifications.
