Overview

The Technical Manager for Real Estate will work on a large new construction project in Amsterdam, focusing on the management and maintenance of a portfolio that includes 800 residential units and commercial spaces.

• Familiarity with administrative processes and systems like REMS is preferred.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
