In Short

  • Manage daily social media inbounds to create a safe and healthy environment for community members.
  • Act as an advocate of the organisation in the community and provide superior customer service.
  • Handle crises and unstable behaviour using established methodologies.
  • Monitor and analyze community performance against KPIs.
  • Collaborate with client colleagues to manage individual cases effectively.
  • Assist in ongoing project management and administration tasks.
  • Provide strategic and operational support to the Standing on Giants team.
  • Foster a positive and engaging community environment.
  • Utilize community data and insights to enhance engagement.
  • Work independently while being supported by senior community managers.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in French and English.
  • Experience in community management or customer service.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze community data and performance.
  • Self-motivated and quick to learn.
  • Collaborative approach to work.
  • Experience with social media platforms.
  • Understanding of community engagement strategies.
  • Ability to handle crises effectively.
  • Project management skills.
