Overview

As a Community Engagement Manager for Airbnb, you will be the voice of the host community in Canada, working cross-functionally to support and manage Community Leaders who facilitate local host clubs.

In Short

  • Act as the voice for the host community in Canada.
  • Recruit and onboard Community Leaders for Airbnb.
  • Support and mentor Community Leaders managing local host clubs.
  • Provide resources and programming based on feedback from Community Leaders.
  • Manage relationships and ongoing support for Community Leaders.
  • Track performance and report on community engagement.
  • Educate hosts on product changes and gather feedback.
  • Plan and logistics for online and offline events.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the Airbnb platform.
  • Develop creative content ideas for Community Leaders.

  • Experience in community engagement or customer service.
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills.
