Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering.
• At least 2 years managing engineering teams.
• Proven track record of delivering reliable software systems.
• Strong people management skills.
• Experience in system design and architecture.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Comfortable in a high-stakes, outcome-driven environment.
• Experience with metrics-driven development.
• Familiarity with Python, NodeJS/Typescript, C/C++, Docker.

• Salary range of $220,000 to $240,000 depending on experience.
