In Short

• Provide guidance, mentorship, and career development for a team of software engineers.

Requirements

• Demonstrated leadership with substantial experience in managing Engineering teams.
• Background building and operating production services.
• Expertise managing on-call rotations and incident response.
• A highly technical manager capable of evaluating complex technical tradeoffs.
• Experience developing in Go.
• Ability to give and process constructive feedback.
• Flexibility to adjust to the dynamic nature of a startup.
