Overview

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by prospecting, qualifying leads, and setting meetings for our sales team.

In Short

  • Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales leaders.
  • Present and sell Internet, VOIP, and wireless plans to prospects.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts and interactions in the CRM.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for outreach and meeting set-ups.
  • Develop a strong understanding of Tech Launch Solutions services and offerings.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to refine messaging and outreach strategies.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in telecom, IT, or SaaS industries.
  • Experience in high volume cold calling, email campaigns and LinkedIn outreach, with a track record of exceeding quota.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn and explain technical products and services.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as Apollo or HubSpot.
  • A results-driven attitude with a proven ability to meet or exceed goals.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with internet, VOIP, or wireless technology is a plus.
