Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Sales Development Representative to join our team, focusing specifically on our product line. You will be responsible for reaching out to new leads and setting up demos. This role is crucial in building and scaling our product offerings within the SupportYourApp client base and beyond.

In Short

  • Identify and research potential leads within target markets.
  • Reach out to prospects through personalized messages.
  • Conduct sales demos with new prospects.
  • Manage the sales process from demo to deal closure.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Work closely with the Product team to relay customer feedback.
  • Record all interactions and lead data in the CRM system.
  • Provide regular reports on outreach activities and pipeline health.
  • 2+ years of experience in lead generation or sales.
  • Excellent spoken and written English (C1+).

Requirements

  • Experience with B2B markets in the EU, US, Canada.
  • Strong communication skills with a persuasive approach.
  • Experience in sales or outreach within the tech industry.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
  • A team player eager to contribute to the product team's success.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (a plus).
  • Understanding of helpdesk, CRM market (a plus).
  • Good sense of humor (a plus).
