Overview

The Digital Associate supports the clients Ecommerce and Marketing teams by executing digital content updates, maintaining online product accuracy, and ensuring consistent brand presentation across all digital platforms.

In Short

• Manage website updates including product uploads and pricing adjustments.
• Review and QA live content for accuracy and consistency.
• Collaborate with Marketing to update promotional content.
• Audit product imagery and metadata for SEO alignment.
• Track and report daily site health issues.
• Coordinate campaigns and product launches with Marketing.
• Compile ecommerce performance recaps monthly.
• Assist with influencer or campaign landing page builds.
• Troubleshoot integration issues with IT.
• Participate in weekly cross-functional stand-ups.

Requirements

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Working knowledge of ecommerce platforms like Shopify or Magento.
• Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing tools.
• Proficiency in managing large data sets in Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in ecommerce or digital marketing.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Digital Media preferred.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Asana or Trello.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is helpful.
