Overview

The Customer Care Agent is responsible for managing service requests, coordinating with vendors and technicians, and ensuring timely updates and resolution of customer issues while providing efficient and high-quality support.

In Short

  • Receive service requests from customers via phone and email.
  • Monitor aging service calls and provide timely updates.
  • Accurately invoice service calls with all required data.
  • Work with 3rd party vendors and technicians.
  • Handle 25+ incoming and 20+ outgoing calls daily.
  • Manage 40+ service tickets per day.
  • Complete 10+ aged call invoices daily.
  • Maintain strong communication with customers.
  • Work in a remote setup.
  • Join a collaborative and supportive team culture.

Requirements

  • Positive, professional attitude and a team player.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Customer service skills.
  • Intermediate computer knowledge, especially in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls and service tickets.
