Overview

This role involves responding to customer inquiries regarding quotations, new business, renewals, and existing policies within the Customer Support & Operations Team.

In Short

  • Office-based role with structured training program.

Requirements

  • At least 12 months' experience in the insurance industry.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze customer feedback and trends.
  • Motivated to deliver service excellence.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance in insurance.
  • Ability to work towards and achieve targets.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development.
