Overview

GotPhoto is on a mission to digitalize the people photography industry and is looking for a Customer Care Agent to join their Customer Development Team remotely.

In Short

Join a growing team dedicated to empowering photographers.
Engage with customers via phone and email to resolve issues.
Provide accurate information about the platform and features.
Troubleshoot technical issues and maintain customer records.
Support improvements in Customer Development operations.

Requirements

1+ year of customer service experience with technical documentation.
6+ months of remote troubleshooting experience.
Ability to explain new technologies to end users.
Experience communicating issues to internal teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
