Overview

Support our Sales Development team by researching and qualifying leads, handling inbound prospects, and booking appointments with our full-time staff. This role is designed as an entry point into SaaS sales, providing exposure to pipeline creation, CRM processes, and customer interactions.

In Short

  • Research and qualify leads
  • Handle inbound lead calls and emails
  • Schedule appointments with Account Executives / Sales Managers
  • Maintain clean data in HubSpot
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams
  • Track lead status and conversion rates
  • Coordinate with Marketing for lead flow
  • Participate in team meetings
  • Part-time position (15–20 hours per week)
  • Hybrid flexibility (remote + in-office)

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled student (Business, Economics, Communications, or similar)
  • Strong verbal communication skills (German & English)
  • Comfortable speaking with new people
  • Basic understanding of CRM systems (HubSpot experience a plus)
  • Organized and detail-oriented
