  • 1+ years remote work experience preferred.
  • 2 years of call center experience preferred.
  • Strong computer skills required.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls.
  • Enter customer information into the data entry system.
  • Dispatch drivers to client locations.
  • Problem-solve transportation issues.
  • Effectively communicate via telephone and email.
  • Navigate multiple computer systems.
  • Read and understand maps and geographical software.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Willingness to assist in other areas as needed.
