Overview

The Renewals Manager focuses on managing high-volume renewals and ensuring a seamless, effective engagement model that aligns with the company's growth plans. In addition to working closely with sales and success leadership and executives, this individual will provide strategic input, process improvement, and tactical execution over the Global Renewals Pipeline.

  • Successfully manage high-volume renewals and optimize customer engagement strategies to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
  • Manage the renewals pipeline effectively, consistently delivering precise and accurate forecasts
  • Lead and develop teams of contractors and high-potential employees, driving them to achieve top performance and meet organizational goals
  • Navigate complex negotiations skillfully, securing favorable financial outcomes for the organization
  • Use CRM systems like Salesforce, Zendesk, or Zoho effectively to enhance customer relationship management and perform detailed data analysis

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • 4 years in renewals with at least 1 year in a leadership capacity
  • Experience using CRM systems like Salesforce, Zendesk, or Zoho
  • Very strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to effectively communicate to all levels of the organization
  • Previous experience in an environment that required strong organizational skills
