Overview

The Business Development Manager (BDM) plays a key role in driving the company’s growth and expanding its market presence within an assigned region. This position is responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities, executing strategic initiatives, and building strong, long-term partner/client relationships.

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

  • Continuously enhance industry knowledge and skills.

Requirements

  • A university degree in Finance, Economics, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar role within the FX/CFD industry.
  • Proven ability to generate revenue and meet sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret market data.
  • Experience with MT4/MT5 platform and CRM software.
  • Knowledge of Fundamental & Technical analysis.
  • Fluency in the local language (Arabic and/or French) and proficiency in English.
  • Demonstrated success in executing business development strategies.
  • Results-driven with a focus on meeting targets.
