The Business Development Manager (BDM) plays a key role in driving the company’s growth and expanding its market presence within an assigned region. This position is responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities, executing strategic initiatives, and building strong, long – term client relationships. The ideal candidate is a proactive, results – driven professional with a proven ability to build a sustainable pipeline of high -values clients, deliver consistent revenue growth, and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Requirements

  • A university degree in Finance, Economics, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
  • 2-4 years of proven experience in a similar role within the FX/CFD industry.
  • Proven ability to generate revenue and meet sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret market data.
  • Solid experience with MT4/MT5 platform and CRM software.
  • Fluency in the local language and proficiency in English.
  • Knowledge of forex trading and financial markets.
  • Demonstrated success in managing business development strategies.
  • Results-driven with a focus on exceeding targets.
