Sprout Social is looking to hire an Account Executive, Velocity New Business to the Sales & Success team, based in Ireland.

In Short

  • Execute sales process and close new business within small to mid-size segment.
  • Generate monthly and quarterly pipeline coverage of high-potential prospective users.
  • Use solution based value selling to understand customer needs.
  • Partner closely with team to solve complex customer problems.
  • Own your own numbers and take responsibility for performance.
  • 6+ months of outbound closing sales experience required.
  • Experience using Salesforce.com or other CRM platform.
  • Preferred experience in B2B sales and SaaS.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills required.
  • Technical expertise and ability to learn new products.

Requirements

  • 6+ months of outbound closing sales experience or relevant experience.
  • Consistent track record of success.
  • Experience using Salesforce.com or other CRM platform.
  • Closing experience in B2B sales, social media experience is a plus.
  • SaaS experience preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Technical expertise and ability to acquire knowledge of new products.
