In Short

  • Partner with regional sales leadership to identify and close new business.
  • Research and identify key decision-makers in target agencies.
  • Develop customized sales presentations and pitch decks.
  • Lead negotiations and close deals with favorable terms.
  • Collaborate with regional teams during onboarding for a smooth customer experience.
  • Respond to RFPs and develop tailored campaign strategies.
  • Work with marketing to support lead generation efforts.
  • Organize and attend local in-person events targeting agency prospects.
  • Utilize tools for effective outbound prospecting.
  • Maintain a pipeline of 50–100 accounts.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales experience in programmatic advertising or similar.
  • Demonstrated expertise in prospecting, pitching, and closing accounts.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a successful track record.
  • Experience in a quota-driven environment.
  • Ability to understand complex business objectives.
  • Skilled in communicating technical concepts to executives.
