Join the team as our next New Business Account Executive for our Communications Business.

In Short

  • Responsible for new customer acquisition and managing a quota for net new bookings.
  • Own analytical and consultative sales cycles to win business.
  • Work with customers to understand their requirements and match them to Twilio’s solutions.
  • Collaborate with teams in Finance, Legal, Pricing, and Operations.
  • Present complex details to prospects effectively.
  • Manage multiple projects and deals simultaneously.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop sales strategies.
  • Act as the voice of the customer to Twilio’s product teams.
  • Stay updated on industry initiatives and share knowledge.
  • Utilize CRM for pipeline and forecast management.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in full-cycle Enterprise direct sales.
  • Experience in selling technical CPaaS and Contact Center solutions.
  • Outbound prospecting experience in acquiring new Enterprise accounts.
  • Proven track record in developing strategic relationships.
  • Technical solutions selling experience.
  • Ability to work with both business and technical leaders.
  • Analytical account development strategy skills.
  • Strong forecasting and communication skills.
  • Ability to influence and build relationships.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset.
