Overview

Join the team as our next Account Executive on Twilio’s .Org Social Impact team, focusing on advancing social good through communication solutions.

In Short

  • Responsible for growing relationships with non-profit and government organizations.
  • Manage a pipeline of new customer opportunities.
  • Provide consultative support to customers.
  • Work with strategic partners for successful customer deployments.
  • Qualify, structure, negotiate, and close opportunities.
  • Accurately forecast business for territory.
  • Expand relationships with existing key customers.
  • Maintain relationships with Social Impact customers.
  • Engage with Twilio teams for Social Impact activities.
  • This is a hunting focused role.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a revenue generating role.
  • Ability to influence and build relationships across organizations.
  • Sales experience with complex technical solutions.
  • Experience in net new/hunting roles.
  • Ability to influence and build effective working relationships.
