Overview

The Territory Business Manager (TBM) will lead sales at the territory level, serving as the primary liaison between customers and SpringWorks Therapeutics, focusing on achieving revenue goals through strategic communication and account planning.

  • Support local key opinion leaders (KOLs).
  • Travel within the territory as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech sales.
  • 5+ years of rare disease sales experience.
  • Experience in oncology sales.
  • Strong understanding of the oncology market.
  • Experience with virtual selling.
  • Strong expertise in reimbursement and managed care.
  • High integrity and strong work ethic.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
