Overview

The Territory Business Manager (TBM) will lead sales at the territory level and serve as the primary liaison between customers and the SpringWorks organization, delivering on revenue goals through effective communication and collaboration.

  • Support local key opinion leaders (KOLs).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 7+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech experience.
  • 5+ years of oncology or rare disease sales experience.
  • Experience in virtual selling and technology adoption.
  • Deep understanding of oncology landscape and market dynamics.
  • Strong expertise in reimbursement and managed care.
  • Launch experience in pharmaceutical products.
  • Ability to work collaboratively.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
