• Lead complex initiatives across multiple service offerings.
• Drive program management of complex initiatives.

• Collaborate with various departments for seamless execution.
• Report to the Director of Program Operations.
• Willingness to travel as needed (20-30%).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years of experience in operations and/or program management.
• Experience in a matrix environment.
• Proven track record in translating business needs into programs.
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills.
• Self-starter with a solution-focused mindset.
• Experience in organizing and synthesizing data.
• Expert relationship builder with project stakeholders.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects.
• Experience in healthcare is a plus.
