Recruiter (Temporary) - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and execution focused Recruiter to join our Corporate Talent Acquisition team on a three month temporary assignment, with the possibility of extension based on business need. This role will own full cycle recruiting for one or more Corporate or GTM aligned business units and will report directly to the Senior Manager, Corporate Talent Acquisition.

• Own full cycle recruiting for assigned Corporate or GTM functions.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements.
• Manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
• Source, assess, and engage candidates using various tools.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate data in recruiting systems.
• Support fair and inclusive hiring practices.
• Identify process gaps and propose improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of recruiting experience.
• Proven ability to manage full cycle recruiting.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers.
• Strong knowledge of TA tools including Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Results oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
• Experience in a high growth or startup environment preferred.
