Requirements

• 3+ years experience in Full Cycle Recruiting.
• Proven track record of building diverse candidate pipelines.
• Experience extending offers and closing candidates.
• Strong boolean searching skills.
• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably Lever.
• Ability to manage several requisitions simultaneously.
• Desire to deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to engage and attract passive candidates.
• Strong communication skills for personalized messaging.
