Overview

ChowNow is seeking a strategic and data-driven Revenue Enablement Program Manager to enhance the performance of our Client Experience (CX) organization. This role is crucial for translating go-to-market strategies into measurable behavior changes across various departments.

In Short

  • Collaborate with CX leadership to identify performance gaps.
  • Develop and execute enablement programs for Account Managers and Customer Support teams.
  • Design onboarding and ongoing training programs.
  • Measure success metrics for enablement programs.
  • Continuously iterate on programs based on data and feedback.
  • Strong focus on customer retention and lifetime value.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams.
  • Report to the Director of Revenue Enablement.
  • Remote position based in the USA.
  • 3+ years of experience in Revenue or CX Enablement required.

Requirements

  • Experience in Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success roles.
  • Proven track record of building enablement programs.
  • Strong understanding of CX metrics.
  • Experience with enablement tools like LMS and ticketing systems.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously.
