Overview

Attentive is seeking an experienced Enablement Program Manager to join their Revenue Enablement team, responsible for designing and measuring impactful learning programs for Sales and Customer Success teams.

In Short

  • Deliver high-impact learning programs for team members.
  • Collaborate with leadership to design effective enablement programming.
  • Produce training, documentation, and resources for the Revenue team.
  • Develop a library of enablement content.
  • Manage assigned projects and ensure quality standards.
  • Define and monitor KPIs for enablement programs.
  • Establish communication channels with leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Partner with Learning Experience Designers on educational materials.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience.
  • Minimum 3 years in Revenue Enablement or related field.
  • Experience in designing and delivering measurable learning programs.
  • Excellent communication skills for executive audiences.
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on metrics.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with enablement tools like Salesforce, Highspot, etc.
