Overview

We are looking for a Sr. Program Manager, Leadership Enablement, to drive the growth and development of our sales leadership team, with a core focus on our first-line sales managers. Reporting to the Director, GTM Excellence Strategic Programs, you will lead the development and delivery of specialized enablement programs designed to equip our sales leaders with the skills, knowledge, and tools necessary to drive team performance and overachieve revenue goals.

In Short

  • Collaborate with Sales executives and stakeholders to create leadership development programs.
  • Develop and deliver customized training programs on sales leadership.
  • Conduct needs assessments and evaluate the effectiveness of programs.
  • Align training with business objectives through stakeholder collaboration.
  • Leverage enablement technologies to enhance learning experiences.
  • Establish feedback mechanisms to continuously improve learning programs.
  • Adapt to changing market conditions and sales leader needs.
  • Support the fast-growing Revenue organization.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales training, enablement, or leadership.
  • Experience as a sales leader or closely with sales leadership.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as value selling and MEDDPICC.
  • Experience in developing content for live and eLearning formats.
  • Understanding of AI/ML concepts in sales enablement.
  • Strong prioritization and reporting skills.
  • Ability to build coalitions and communicate effectively.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Technical understanding of cloud security solutions.
  • Dynamic presenter with strong engagement skills.
