Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with 5+ years in data and ML systems.
• 3+ years managing high-performing engineering teams.
• Strong knowledge of modern data engineering tools and practices.
• Experience with Python, TensorFlow, and ML model deployment.
• Hands-on experience with AWS or GCP ML services.
• Passion for team building and mentoring.
• Ability to foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Experience with real-time data processing and data quality monitoring.
• Understanding of A/B testing frameworks and automated ML pipelines.
• Experience with LLMs and transformer architectures is a plus.
