Senior Deal Desk Analyst - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Deal Desk Analyst to support our growing Deal Desk team here at Spring Health! This individual will play a pivotal role in the Deal Desk function within the Revenue org, reporting directly to the Manager of Deal Desk Operations. This role is responsible for providing direct support & guidance to the Sales and Customer Success Teams in all commercial aspects of deals with existing and prospective customers.

In Short

• Support deal structuring and pricing reviews for new and existing customers.
• Manage day-to-day deal desk workflow and track deal status.
• Validate deal calculations and terms including pricing and discounts.
• Maintain and improve deal desk tools such as pricing calculators.
• Ensure data accuracy and documentation in deal records.
• Track and report on deal desk KPIs.
• Monitor trends in customer pricing and concession requests.
• Assist in operational support of performance guarantee packages.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and RevOps.
• Contribute to special projects and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of Deal Desk Operations functional experience.
• Financial Acumen: Skilled in modeling the economics of deals.
• Servant Minded Leadership: Focused on the success of the Revenue organization.
• Subject Matter Expertise in pricing and deal structuring.
• Relationship / Stakeholder Management Experience.
• Project / Program Management Experience.
• Adaptability / Agility in a developing team environment.
• Experience with Sales Enablement tools such as Salesforce.
