Senior Deal Desk Analyst - Remote

In Short

• Drive discount/margin review, approvals, and deal structuring.
• Own process and policy documentation, advising on best practices.
• Collaborate across multiple departments to create winning deal structures.
• Perform detailed reviews of quotes for compliance with revenue recognition policies.
• Source, analyze, and report quantitative data related to contracts and pricing.
• Assist in process improvement projects on the quote to cash process.
• Support Sales, Customer Success, and Finance teams.
• Full-time remote position located within the U.S.
• Base salary of $100,000-$120,000 per year.
• Must work during EST hours.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in deal desk, pricing, or contract management in B2B SaaS.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented with strong observational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Team player who collaborates well across functions.
• High integrity and ethical standards.
• Bonus for background in accounting/finance and contract reading.
