Senior Analyst, Deal Desk - Remote

Overview

The Senior Deal Desk Analyst will play a critical role in shaping and supporting the early-stage implementation of our Deal Desk function, serving as a central point of coordination for complex sales opportunities.

In Short

• Act as the primary point of contact for managing opportunities through the sales cycle.
• Coordinate reviews across multiple functions for timely approvals.
• Track and monitor deal status, resolving bottlenecks.
• Maintain deal documentation ensuring completeness and compliance.
• Collaborate with sales to gather key deal information.
• Assist in developing workflows and tools to streamline the deal process.
• Support the development of reporting and dashboards for deal visibility.
• Provide feedback to shape the future structure of the Deal Desk.
• 2-3 years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales or Revenue Operations, or similar roles.
• Understanding of sales cycles and deal structures.
