Overview

The Client Solutions Analyst at Zelis supports Health Plan clients by translating complex business requirements into scalable and high-quality configuration solutions within our SaaS platforms, acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams.

In Short

  • Analyze client business requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on platform configuration solutions.
  • Demonstrate product capabilities to clients.
  • Support client delivery teams to meet expectations and obligations.
  • Assist clients in capturing and documenting configuration settings.
  • Participate in client requirements-gathering sessions.
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Provide support to Quality Assurance and Configuration teams.
  • Identify opportunities to improve internal processes.
  • Deliver solutions with a focus on client satisfaction and scalability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 0–4 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Client-centric approach.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Experience working within Agile development environments.
  • Familiarity with YAML file structures.
  • Quality Assurance experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
