In Short

• Lead analytical strategy for Specialty Care utilization.
• Drive rapid experimentation and outreach strategies.
• Act as an embedded technical leader within the product pod.

• Work with large, multi-source datasets.
• Collaborate closely with product management and design.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python is required.
• 5+ years of professional data science experience.
• Experience with data visualization and BI tools.
• Willingness to travel for collaborative sessions.

• Experience incorporating AI to solve business problems.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Experience with prompt engineering for LLMs is a plus.
• Willingness to travel at least twice a year.
